Position Title: Workday Data SME

Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for analysis of Finance/PSA data processes and data quality and operate as a champion for the solution with operational stakeholders. You will actively engage with and build a highly productive and trusted working relationship with OpCO stakeholders and with members of the programme team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data teams including both IT, business and 3rd party to ensure that activities are operated with the right quality and to schedule
• Devise data validation strategy and test cases and lead validation of data loaded into Workday.
• Provide expertise on data migration to deal with the complexity and scale of the legacy landscape
• Work with the Workday @Scale programme data lead and PMO to ensure delivery is executed according to plan and within budgetary constraints
• Continuously improve data extraction templates and methods to simplify process and improve data quality and turnaround times.

Requirements:

• Dogged, determined and attention to detail essential.
• A strong background in driving efficiency of data activities in an organization of relevant size, complexity and scale
• Confidence in challenging situations, able to inform senior management and work under pressure
• Large-scale global ERP functional background, likely in complex financial service or FMCG managing data migrations at scale.
• Successful project data stream experience within a large, complex multi-site/ supplier environment and able to demonstrate a range of concluded projects/ programmes
