Job Description

We are recruiting for a Workforce Development and Training Manager to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract/secondment.

Would you like to work with people strongly committed to providing quality outcomes for service users and families by creating a resilient and motivated workforce? Responsibilities:

• You have experience of managing a training service or similar project
• You have experience of planning, implementing, and evaluating workforce development programmes
• You have previous experience of staff management, development, and motivation
• You have experience of working with the public and outside agencies and experience of partnership working
• You have good experience of working in a learning and development environment
