Job Description:

Applicants must be State of Wisconsin residents in order to be considered for any project position. This recruitment may be used to fill future COVID-19 related positions.

All applicants who may be appointed to this position will be required to allow DHS to conduct a background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.

All state employees are required to report their COVID-19 vaccination status to Human Resources, providing documentation if vaccinated. Newly hired employees will be required to provide this information.

Responsibilities:

• Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders using both written and verbal means
  (Communications may include problem solving issues, discussing business needs, preparing written materials, responding to inquiries or questions, mentoring, presenting information etc.)
• Experience researching, interpreting, analyzing, and/or applying laws, rules, regulations, and program policy
  (Work may include organizing and leading workgroups, organizing work related to program/project, development and implement programs, developing timetables and monitor program for progress, etc.)
• Experience working with current computer technologies for development, management, reporting or evaluation
  (Computer technologies may include databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and/or presentation software)

Requirements: 

• DB2 DBA mainframe experience (e.g. table management, running database or table reorgs, creating indexes, etc.)
• Analyzing data structures and relationships
• Designing and creating data models
