Responsibilities:

• Providing Initial front line support to the internal and external system users from a face-to-face environment as well as via webchat.
• Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
• Organising the distribution of IT equipment to the users.
• Supporting with the build and distribute of replacement devices.

Requirements:

• Please note this is an ‘entry-level’ role and no prior IT experience is required.
• Customer service background.
• Willingness to be upskilled in IT support.
• Good attention to detail.
• Clear communication and be able to work with users to find solutions to problems.
• Ability to work in organised way to meet tight deadlines.
