Job Description

Working alongside a large team of hard-working staff and volunteers, you’ll lead for the highest quality visitor experience through excellent service, outstanding presentation standards and inspirational activities.
This is a key senior role in the leadership team at Hardwick, the finest Elizabethan house in the country and one of the National Trust’s most important properties. The portfolio also includes Stainsby Mill, a working water mill.

• Strong time leadership skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to build relationships and work with multiple partners
• Willingness to be ‘hands-on’ both front-of-house and behind the scenes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of audiences
• Leadership and influencing skills
