Responsibilities:

• We have an exciting opportunity for a focused and skilled individual to join our team as a Data Platform Manager.
• You will be reporting to the Senior Manager and will support the team to manage, improve and utilise our Financial Crime data platforms and data the data extracted from within them.
• Providing the business with key customer data will help us to drive improvement of customer engagement and satisfaction in TSB.
• You can be based at any of our UK offices however will work flexibly between home and our office.

Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Crime and associated technologies
• Experience / knowledge in delivering Fin Crime projects (CDD, Sanctions & PEP Screening, Transaction Monitoring, FATCA/CRS (Tax) & Internal Fraud)
• Technical Experience and knowledge in Financial Crime Actimize applications, specifically Transaction Monitoring (SAM) and Screening (Sanctions & PEP – WLF)
• Certification in cloud tech (AWS, Azure) will be an added benefit
• Ability to work / cut across full stack (back end, middleware and front-end)
• Ability to demonstrate organisational leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate, to plan, execute and problem solve
• Team leadership skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade both internal/ external stakeholders at a senior level.
