Responsibilities:
- Connect enterprise architecture to the business outcomes of the company by working closely with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Provide architectural leadership on TfL’s business processes, performance measures, and organisational hierarchies. Serve as a bridge between corporate strategy and the technology organisation.
- Design and socialise the architectural requirements needed to provide the business capabilities the businesses and operations groups need.
- Provide business insight to the Product Management community, ensuring business reference architectures are consulted when developing product roadmaps resulting in the alignment of product roadmaps across the TfL’s Corporate Areas.
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management, Product Management, and Business Analyst functions to align architecture with business needs.
- Deliver various artefacts as part of the enterprise business architecture, including capability models, information lifecycle models, value chain maps, business motivation models, Target Operating Models and roadmaps.
- Work directly with the ERP Transformation Portfolio designing the future-state architecture of our back-office business systems, many of which will be cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Build and maintain the current-state and future-state business architecture views for the TfL’s Corporate Areas.

- A highly adept modeller able to articulate complex concepts into effective mediums from which multiple stakeholders can derive clear direction and points of integration. E
- A compelling communicator able to clearly convey concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. E
- Proficient analytical abilities, able to draw on a wide range of information sources and synthesise coherent architectural frameworks. E
