Responsibilities:

• You will focus on enabling accelerated change with our clients, helping them to bring change to life through key principles such as co-design and empowerment and using engaging tools and techniques such as Design Thinking to support delivery of agile and sustainable change.
• This will help our clients to transition to a future-ready organisation, reliant not only on deep and wide technology and process evolution, but also on a high level of engagement and motivation of everyone connected to the business including employees, senior leaders and customers.

Requirements:

• We are looking for enthusiastic consultants experienced in the delivery of Change to join our Workforce & Organisation function and you will be part of the Programme and Change Acceleration team delivering successful end to end transformation programmes with our clients.
