Responsibilities:

• Analyse and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, creating AS IS and TO BE documentation
• Assist in the management of a sound implementation plan for the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of the business technology solutions
• Train key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of business technology changes
• Continuously liaise with users and stakeholders to facilitate the improvement and development of new processes, practices, and applications
• At time be paired with an experienced Business Analyst who will guide you through the requirements gathering process
• Be a key part of a development team, identifying opportunities with the product and helping propose solutions + guiding the team from idea to delivery of a feature
• Assist with interviewing internal customers, running workshops with product stakeholders, supporting product discovery and producing suitable set of user stories that can be refined to provide context for the development team.
• Learning how to create business process documentation, such as swimlanes, business activity models and activity diagrams
• Learning how to create system diagrams such as state diagrams and sequence diagrams
• Learn the principles of user centred design
