Responsibilities:

• provide customers with the correct advice for highway and parking related enquiries
• undertake the legislative process for the processing of Penalty Charge Notices
• administer applications for permits.

Requirements:

• You should have recent, relevant administration experience, and a good working knowledge of The Highway Code and The Blue Badge Scheme (rights and responsibilities in England booklet).
• You will work with customers on a regular basis, therefore great communication skills are key.
