Responsibilities:

• Adhering to the Risk framework mandated for Agency.
• Resolution of issues associated with your Deal portfolio
• Providing ongoing support to Borrowers and Lenders in these deals.
• Management of a substantial portfolio of Loans where SCB act as Agent.
• Resolving system issues, including testing with the ACBS support teams.
• Ensuring SCBs systems are up to date at all times

Requirements:

• Head, Financial Markets Operations, UK & Europe
• Business leaders from multiple Corporate Finance and Financial Markets origination teams including Loan Syndications, Export Finance, Leverage Finance
• Participant Syndicate Members and Borrowers as well as other Finance Parties.
• Head of Loans and Agency London
