Job Description:

The Systems Analyst will serve as a SME for enterprise search and external search engines. The Systems Analyst must be comfortable presenting technology to varying audiences, analytically minded, customer focused and driven to improve the search experience across the enterprise. The Systems Analyst must have the ability to work in a team environment with other highly skilled geographically dispersed professionals. This position will be responsible for promotion, education and support of the Microsoft 365 enterprise search experience, Searchblox (external search) and integrations with content sources. The position will be hired at a grade 4 or 5 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performing demos, training and consulting for large and small audiences
• Becoming the SME on search best practices, use cases and upcoming features
• Management of enterprise search feature deployment
• Providing support for business partners needs with bookmarks, content visibility and problem resolution
• Transferring knowledge through documentation, communication, and training, thus enabling the TO Service Desk and Field Support teams to support the enterprise
• Engage with Microsoft Lighthouse program representatives to represent our interests and concerns with M365 search
• Supporting corporate communications initiatives with external search
• Develop an understanding on how business partners use search and gather feedback on new features

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Familiarity with basic programming principals
• Continuous learner who is passionate about learning new about technologies
• Self-motivated, Self-directed with strong communication skills
• Ability to grown into the role of product roadmap owner for Enterprise Searchsearch technologies
