Job Description

The home independence service provides a goal based assessment to support individuals to regain their independence with their care and support daily activities. We work in a clients home alongside them to support their achievement towards their goals, support the use of technology enabled care devices and provide occupational therapy aids to enable them to achieve independence.

 

Responsibilities:

• Flexibility/Adaptability: Ability to adapt readily to change and work effectively in a variety of situations, groups or with individuals.
• Influencing: The ability to persuade others to a particular course of action or viewpoint whilst respecting their concerns, motives or feelings.
• Initiative: The ability to spot and seize opportunities and to act without being told.
• Managing Oneself: The ability to achieve performance through personal organisation, showing confidence in one’s skills, capability, judgement and self- control in stressful situations.
