Communication is key! You’ll be working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers so we need you to be able to communicate at all levels. This is a diverse role and that means a fast pace with lots of deadlines so need to thrive in this sort of environment. You’ll be dealing with lots of data on a daily basis so we need you to be competent in Excel. That means you already know how to format information clearly and can work with formulas. You’ll be a curious self-starter who isn’t afraid to challenge the norm. You will support the Category Manager in the running of the category, and the development and execution of activity to achieve sales and margin targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify common issues and themes and work with stakeholders to implement process improvements, standard communications, and training where applicable.

• SAP Time Data Validation to ensure complete and accurate Variable Pay.
• Reconcile and manage the flow of Auto Enrolment & Pension data to Pension Administrator.
• Supporting the business in all relevant project initiatives by providing subject matter expertise.
• Keeps up to date with relevant Payroll legislation / issues
