Job Description

The Retail Team, within the Commercial Directorate, is responsible for the management of TPE’s digital and traditional retail channels and all aspects of ticketing delivery. The team are responsible for managing TPE’s estate of Ticket Issuing and Validation Systems with a primary focus on maximising system availability.

Responsibilities:

• A self-motivated, dedicated, well organised and resilient individual, with a real eye for detail, who is able to work cross-functionally with colleagues at all levels in the business and able to represent the views of the company in wider stakeholder forums
• Flexible and resilient to be able to work to tight deadlines and short notice emerging business needs
• A confident and proactive individual, with excellent communication skills, who can positively influence stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiency and improve quality

Requirements:

• To be a self-starter, capable of working on your own initiative
• The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
• Flexibility to adapt to emerging business needs at short notice
• Proven experience of managing system suppliers to ensure they comply with their contractual obligations
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• An exceptionally high level of attention to detail
