Job Description:

As a Strategic Program Manager in Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and leadership of Talent Acquisition programs, globally

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and the Workday Operations and HRIS teams regarding attraction and recruitment technology implementations, enhancements and new functionality.
• Manage all reporting metrics activities and ensure alignment between Talent Acquisition and the global Shared Services Center (SSC) Reporting and Analytics team.
• Work in a supporting role with the Talent Acquisition Head of Global Strategic Programs on relationship management with Talent Acquisition supplier partnerships, including driving Talent Acquisition relationships across divisional stakeholders on global programs of work.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Workday and their integration partners is preferred
• End to end project delivery with notable risk and complexity including requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and implementation.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
