Job Description:

As a Global Talent Mobility Specialist for The Americas region, you will have end-to-end responsibility and accountability for the management of transfers and assignments into The Americas and provide support for moves into the UK and other countries as required.

Responsibilities:

• Advising and educating internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition and HR on Global Mobility process and procedures
• Management of external partners in the areas of tax, immigration, and relocation.
• End to end coordination of transfers/assignments, including the provision of cost estimates and proactively monitoring and tracking of all internal and outsourced services and activities.
• Working on multiple projects within the global mobility space and delivering within the agreed timelines and quality standards, with the aim of optimising procedures and programs, and continuously improving processes.

Requirements:

• Highly numerate with proven analytical skills
• Proficient in internal and external stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Agility to adapt to changes
• Previous experience of using AssignmentPro – or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
