Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requisitions in line with preferred supplier list and verified Chart of Accounts before converting to purchase orders
• Amend, update and correct purchase orders as required by business request
• Complete Supplier new vendor forms as required
• Maintain Fuel Tracker and Fuel Price reporting
• End to end ownership and management of business wide SOx control narratives & reporting
• Ensure compliance to SOx and any other local requirements in support of the policies and objectives of G&W

Requirements:

• Engage with the Business Services department to enable the SSC’s and wider businesses finance reporting needs
• Collaborate with assigned team members in such a way that they engage with stakeholders in an effective way offering e-procurement expertise and delivering an outstanding level of customer service
