Job Description:

As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst you will ensure daily, periodic and ad-hoc trade lifecycle services are completed to deliver seamless service to Quilter Investors (QI) business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Strive to identify ways to improve operations’ service quality and delivery standards
• Review and update existing operational processes and procedures to define the activities to support the operating model.
• Lead investigations to review incidents or errors that occur and work to identify the root cause to prevent a reoccurrence
• Ensure the integrity and reconciliation processes of the QI data are robust, comprehensive, precise and are followed by the Investment Operations team

Requirements:

• Perform operational impact assessments required for any new instruments, new brokers and product changes.
• Assist the Investment Operations Manager to ensure all external service providers are delivering to agreed service, support and quality standards, and complete regular due diligence reviews
