Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team members are well trained
• Manage project and tasks assignment to ensure reasonable workload distribution
• Understand all policies and rules, and communicate to the team. Ensure everyone is following them.
• Mentor and guide the team.
• Answer various questions and provide instructions regarding SAP roles access, employee CATS (Timesheet from Project Team) changes (cost center changes, activity changes, manager changes, contractor set-up, GEET rates, timesheet from Service team issues)
• Support the Project Managers and Service Coordinators and finance
• Perform a monthly review of month end tasks and activities with the Project Controller and Finance Manager to ensure the correct revenue is reported
• Prepare other reports as needed and/or requested
• Understand the internal costings sheets in order to be able to review, question issues in template and help find interim resolution
• Work on tools and process improvement

Requirements:

• Experience in a project support environment a plus
• Understanding of business accounting and financial concepts
• Experience in SAP or other accounting system (ERP)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• English spoken and written
• Foreign languages are a plus
