Responsibilities:

• Coach product managers, so they can confidently lead product teams through the discovery, development, and launch of innovative products and features that provide real value to kids
• Synthesise business strategy, customer needs, market analysis to develop product vision and strategy that inspires key business partners, improves the product portfolio and delight end users
• Be a driving force in our digital transformation – align with key partners on ways of working and roles and responsibilities. Build consensus on strategies and priorities
• Play an active part in our product leadership team to build the overall product organization, including capability building, removing roadblocks and ensure we have fun!
• Above all, deliver strong and compelling market-leading products that take advantage of the unique LEGO brand, product range and deep user focus.

Requirements:

• Strong track record as a leader within Digital Product Management where you have directly led teams through product discovery, launch and ongoing performance improvement
• Proven ability in building and leading high performing product teams, inspiring and empowering them to work towards common goals
