Responsibilities:

• The APSS/Hub Team Manager is responsible for daily work plan clearance to achieve performance and budgetary targets through participation, motivation and cross functional workings and in-flight decision making.
• It is vital as a Team Manager to create and support the environment in which trust between colleagues both frontline and managerial, underpins our focus to achieve excellence.
• This role must have the ability to provide systematic and organised approach to day-to-day operation clearance.
• Furthermore, the role will be responsible for pursuing achievement of safety, quality, financial, customer, automation and employee targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge or experience of an automated environment (desirable)
• Automation knowledge, mech performance metrics and the role of engineering in effective automation performance
• Understand commercial challenges facing the business, able to see the big picture to influence others
• Managing teams in a Unionised environment.
