Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Service Delivery & Contact Centre team in a new role which will be pivotal to transforming the team’s reporting and business intelligence offering. This person will champion the use of data and insight across the team to identify the root cause of issues, support decision-making and recommend actions to improve operations to support Post Office’s customers and Postmasters.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of complex capacity planning, programme/portfolio management or a combination of programme management with engineering, product development and/or operational management elements across multiple parallel project workstreams
- Understands agile, scrum and has experience with scaled scrum
- The ideal candidate will have business acumen and be able to look at things through a customer and commercial lens
- Proven large scale project management experience and being able to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including partnerships
- Robust experience of governance processes including managing and influencing c-suite and board level stakeholders
- Knows how to build product vision, and set out roadmap, features and user stories
- Able to support the Product Transformation and drive up Product maturity across stakeholder related functions
- Really decisive, able to work under pressure and at pace
- Possess a passion for all things digital and all things customer
- Demonstrable experience of working with, and negotiating with multiple demanding stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, often with conflicting requirements
Requirements:
- Good collaborator and communicator, excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build key
- relationships and work collaboratively with wider teams including UX/UI, planning, IT, product and third parties
- Strong experience of working with 3rd parties, external suppliers and agencies to fulfil project work
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working and working in a fast-paced delivery environment
- University qualification and any other qualifications / certifications that demonstrate innovation, technical ability and creativity
- Desirable – knowledge in digital skills, prototyping and mapping tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Invision, Zeplin, Sketch)
