Job Description

The Order Fulfilment team are responsible for processing all customer orders whilst achieving high standards of order accuracy. We are a highly motivated group of individuals who collectively work together to ensure that our reputation as a first-class Procurement team is upheld.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the recruitment process
• Mentoring – proactively mentoring buyers
• Holding team meetings, helping with team admin as required etc.
• Provide an enthusiastic role model to set and maintain team standards – work ethic, attitude, and conduct
• Assisting with the new start and continuous team training; the planning thereof, reviewing of and providing of training content

Requirements:

• Ability to support the Team Leader
• Hold team meetings, help with team admin as required
• Assume the duties of the TL when they are absent
