Responsibilities:

• Advise management regarding employee’s health issues and fitness for work.
• Make recommendations for adjustments and safe/healthy working environments as required.
• Provide comprehensive report, including returning-to-work plans with graduated time line and facilitating rehabilitation as required.
• Regularly review the site absence data with HR and agree required interventions.

Requirements:

• Review post-offer health questionnaires and conduct any relevant follow up as needed; once complete issue Fitness for Work certificate.
• Review health assessments to determine individual’s safety in using the onsite fitness facilities.
• Undertake workplace assessment for individual employees in respect of workstations and ergonomics related to working practices.
