Job Description:

This role sits within the National Trust Consultancy and you will be based at the National Trust Saddlescombe Farm near Brighton. However, there is an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the individual projects you will be delivering

Responsibilities:

• you will be working within the Visitor Experience team.
• you will be required to co-ordinate with a range of departments across the portfolio, including rangers, gardens, commercial, volunteer and community teams.
• You will also support with the Duty Management role at property.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of marketing techniques, including websites as well as digital and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent digital and social media skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Advanced IT Skills (including Microsoft Office).
