Responsibilities:

• As Sustainability Specialist (Carbon) you will be an expert and trusted advocate for carbon management engineering across ET to support the achievement of our net-zero commitments.
• You will lead the development and implementation of a carbon strategy and work programme, including carbon tools for construction projects and provide specialist coaching, advice, training and support to the business that will drive, motivate, inspire and encourage managers and staff to promote continuous improvement in the way that carbon management is engineered and embedded within the business.

Requirements:

• With a passion for embedding a sustainability culture, and an understanding of design principles for sustainable engineering, coupled with excellent organisational, planning and time management skills,
• you will have the ability to articulate the business case for sustainability and not just present facts.
• Motivating others through your own example, you will promote the idea of continuous improvement.
