Job Description

We are seeking a Mixed method UXR to support a large-scale survey effort. In this role, you’ll collect and analyze survey responses including open text comments and deliver results to the stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into survey design and reporting
• Communicate findings to the stakeholders to inform roadmaps
• Partner closely with research leads and program management leads
• Clean and analyze data
• Establish coding plan for analyzing open ended survey responses

 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, human factors, human computer interaction, statistics, cognitive science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading product focused UX research.
• Excellent working knowledge of survey design and analysis. Experience with text analysis.
• Detail-oriented and ability to work fairly independently on a variety of tasks. Ability to distill findings into concise insights
• Experience crafting story of research insights, including visualizing insights into a report
