Position Title:   Procurement Business Analyst

Job Description:

The incumbent of this position will have the potential for telecommuting in accordance to Region 1 policies.

Due to the nature of the position, DOA will conduct background checks on applicants prior to selection. DOA does not sponsor work visas. All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States, and to complete the required employment eligibility form.

All state employees are required to report their COVID vaccination status, whether vaccinated or not, and must provide supporting documentation if vaccinated. Newly hired employees will be required to submit this information within their first two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be physically able to lift and move objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to operate lift equipment and have no limitations for working in high areas.
• Must be available, on a rotational basis, to respond to after hours, weekend or holiday emergency calls or respond to snow removal needs
• A 12-month probationary period is required.

Requirements:

• Procurement experience within an IT system such as analyzing procurement transactional and other related data (eProcurement, Purchasing, Purchasing Card, Inventory, other), and/or analyzing financial data.
• Providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone and/or through email.
