Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Consumer to join us on a permanent basis. This role will report to the CFO and will be responsible for the delivery of the consumer experience that supports consumer, prosumer and other B2B customers with wide-reaching influence on all aspects of pricing, product, customer journey and day-to-day customer care. You will be responsible for the overall success of our customer journey, working with your team, across the business and with key vendors to enable us to exceed our ambitions. This will include defining promotions, being accountable for relevant costs, and working to optimize our revenue and electricity cycles, analysis and forecasts for the new business line.

Responsibilities:

• Refine all elements on the customer journey and look to continuously improve them
• Work with finance to supply the data they need to ensure reporting deadlines are met, including revenue assurance and collections via our back-office platform
• Establish strategies for tariff pricing and positioning, considering competition and the energy environment
• Maintain a close working relationship with the internal teams and ensure a collaborative approach is utilised, including the sharing of lessons learned
• Responsible for defining consumer promotions and assessing impact on financial metrics, including utilisation and tariffs
• Partner with other members of the team to define how we should grow the business based on the customers we have, utilisation, and feedback we get on the network

Requirements:

• Previous roles within EV chargepoint companies are essential with knowledge of energy & technology sectors such as renewable, telecoms and finance solutions being helpful.
• 3+ years defining and delivering complete end-to-end customer propositions.
• Product development experience, preferably in a service or customer focused industry,
  Proven track record in a similar role.
