Responsibilities:

• Ensure all above store routines, checks and processes are completed as required
• Have a maniacal focus on driving sustainable profit growth within the restaurant
• Ensure a sales culture at all levels with a specific focus on our sales enabling metrics – forecasting, (product) availability, deployment and speed of service (F.A.D.S)

Requirements:

• Lead the focus on guest experience to elevate our business as a “Fast Good” QSR brand
• Lead from the front by role modelling guest engagement and interaction both in and outside of the restaurant
• Utilise our GUEST reporting tools to understand the key drivers and blockers for guest experience in your restaurant and develop key actions to resolve
• Ensure we deliver industry leading standards with respect to both Health and Safety and Food safety regulations in your restaurant
• Ensure we run great restaurants by achieving consistent At Standard ratings on ROCC, our internal audit process and any audits carried out by an external body or organisation
