Job Description:

Our Audio-Visual Specialists provide support to the business by setting up equipment for training events and meetings, from engineering sound and image3s, to coordinating recordings and lighting engineering.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will fulfil IT/AV requests and resolve issues through effective diagnosis, to troubleshoot with your stakeholders needs in mind.
• You will also proactively resolve queries and conduct minor repairs to equipment such as changing bulbs for projection equipment or testing microphones.
• You will be responsible for video conferencing support, installing new Audio-Visual equipment across all Quilter locations, and will provide VIP support to Executive level and Senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• We are open to taking individuals from all industries with Audio Visual exposure, and you may be a Graduate, non-Graduate or have recently completed an apprenticeship.
• A successful candidate will have demonstrable experience providing IT/AV support to stakeholders at all levels.
