Job Description

We’re in the market for a full stack developer to help us in the delivery of our web transformation project. The successful candidate needs to be independent and versatile with proficiency in both front and back end coding.
We are undertaking a large project to modernise and improve our whole website and are looking to bring in great developers who can write readable and extensible code and can help bring new ideas and possible technologies into our technical landscape.

Responsibilities: 

• Interface with wider digital team (UX, Design, CMS)
• Conduct/participate in code-review process to maintain clean, understandable, well-tested code
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Help design both application and infrastructure requirements
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation stages
• Produce fully functional products and features for use by clients both internal and external

Requirements:

 

• Proven work experience as a developer, proven hands-on experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Experience with agile development methodologies and lifecycle
• Knowledge of web UI design principles, patterns, best practices, trends
• Experience in continuous integration and operating in DevOps domains
• Good understanding of IT security/risk
