Job Description:

Reporting to the Department Store Business Manager, you will be the dedicated Hermès Fragrance & Beauty ambassador for the Hermès Fragrance & Beauty counter.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high housekeeping standards, contribute to essential sales tasks and ensure customers enjoy a unique
• experience (cleanliness, supplies, inventory, labelling)
• Share your skills and expertise with other ambassadors, Hermès Beauty and Fragrance Experts and Head
• Office team members
• Put in place point-of-sale promotional events and use the materials according to the guidelines supplied by the operational marketing department

• Being in direct contact with our customers, you are enthusiastic and have engaging interpersonal skills
• You have a strong team spirit and share your experiences and expertise with enthusiasm
