Job Description:

Working as part of a large Operations team and Commercial department, the role involves direct liaison with the Global Sales team and other key stakeholders at the Club, and plays a significant role in building upon an already impressive array of commercial Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• To work with the CEO and the Operations Director to develop, review and a deliver a community engagement strategic plan.
• To provide strategic direction by researching and identifying potential funding, partnership, and programme development opportunities.
• To oversee the planning and delivery of community engagement services and events to partners and programme participants.
• To lead, manage, mentor, and support community engagement staff ensuring they continue to deliver the highest standards of care, supervision, safeguarding and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years practical experience of working with young people in areas of deprivation.
• Scoping, delivering, and evaluating a range of community programmes.
• Raising the profile of a programme and becoming a thought leader.
• Knowledge of Premier League Kicks Programme.
• Knowledge of deprived communities.
• Knowledge of National, Regional and Local Community Organisations.
