Job Description

You will support and drive Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards to ensure delivery of the business goals and plan.
Would you like to work in the property function and work in the model & design team responsible for the aesthetic, technical and delivery of building design information to all our projects.
You will coordinate construction & Back of House/Warehouse building information and model specification to support the update of ASDA’s building information requirements. This includes Back of House/Warehouse, technical specifications, data & where appropriate supporting, organising, and developing content. Working closely with various teams to ensure change requests are supported with suitable content and data.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating model upload
• Owning and understanding key model processes
• Coordinating design and model forums
• Manage construction feedback and technical queries
• Become a key contact in the model & design team
• Managing BOH model development and communication
• Procuring Design change information and communication
• Support on Revit development in team
• Supporting Construction Model manager
• Engagement Internally and Externally
• Coordinating model design meetings
• Support and drive BIM plans
