Responsibilities:

• As a dedicated Principal Social Worker, you will work directly with a small group of experienced social workers who practise generic adult social work across the square mile.
• You will work alongside Occupational Therapy in developing a new role of Strengths-Based Practitioner, focusing on asset-based early intervention and prevention

Requirements:

• Leading by example you will support strengths-based practice and innovative solutions across the service.
• Engaging in local and national networks you will help shape internal policy and strategic direction.
• As part of a small People Directorate, we work and learn alongside colleagues in Children’s and Homelessness services to provide a holistic approach supporting residents.
