Job Description:

As a sub-team of Corporate Reporting, the Financial Reporting Risk team is responsible for managing the development of systems and reporting processes; providing technical expertise, Group context and oversight to the Group’s control environment. The team works closely with various internal stakeholders as well as our internal and external auditors

Responsibilities:

• Advising on and contributing to improvements in business process and control activities. This involves close liaison with process owners to help them develop and implement robust control activities and streamline the operation of these controls.
• Review, analysis and challenge of deliverables provided by reporting units.
• Assisting with project management and delivery of the SOx program through the year, in close partnership with internal stakeholders, KPMG and Deloitte.
• Phase 2 implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the SOx reporting platform. Currently we are using Workiva’s Wdesk platform but are always exploring new technology offerings.
• Support users of SOx systems (control and process owners) on practical user interface matters in the reporting tool.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Workiva Wdesk, Visio/Miro desirable.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
