Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a small number of high value, and high risk customers.
  • Building and maintaining CXO level relationship.
  • Management of key internal and external stakeholders.
  • To be responsible for customer satisfaction within their nominated customers.
  • To use their in-depth knowledge to operate on higher value / more complex product / solutions that span across a number of ICT chapters.

Requirements:

  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate sales excellence behaviours to the internal sales community.
  • Understanding of the commercialities available including but not exclusive to financial commercials e.g., leasing, logistics (bonding / serial capture), tender writing, usage of bid processes with manufacturers.
  • Relevant experience in Desk Based selling and delivering against a multi-channel strategy.
  • Excellent internal & external stakeholder management.
  • Track record of delivering against revenue targets.
