Job Description:

Our customers expect fresh, great quality products that are always available. More and more of our customers are choosing to shop online and have their groceries delivered straight to their door. As one of our Online Service Colleagues, you’re in the shoes of our customers who’ve put their trust in you to pick their shopping. You’ll be using the latest technology to navigate around the shop floor to pick their shop and to pack it carefully.

Responsibilities:

• Creating new content for Our Inclusion Networks and OneAsda and making sure stores, depots and our home office colleagues are receiving relevant communications
• Supporting with diversity analytics and reporting, capturing relevant information, and displaying it in an attractive way that helps inform conversations with different areas of the business
• Coordinating with our Inclusion Working Groups and Network Leads and helping to ensure they’re set up for success

Requirements:

• You’ll have a strong background in MS Excel and PowerPoint, being comfortable with numbers and displaying them in an attractive way
• You’ll pay strong attention to detail and be able to understand the nuances of different inclusion topics
• Be comfortable researching different topics from various sources, and being able to translate this into relevant communications for the business
• Good people skills to be able to liaise across different teams within Asda
