You believe in moving fast and come with creative solutions to top problems. We are looking for a high-ownership, problem-solving individual who will be directly responsible for enrolments for the Able Jobs app

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with enterprise business segment customers within specific industry segments for Pan India geography.
• Conduct planned outbound calls/e-mail campaigns to defined target industries with a focus on onboarding new customers
• Maintain up to date knowledge of competition, with a customer-first mentality
• Should be an excellent listener knows how to ask effective follow-on questions
• Capable of effectively explaining the product offering and solutioning as per specific customer requirements, and creating differentiated value propositions
• Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline maintenance, and smooth and effective reporting

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree
• A previous entrepreneurial experience (preferable)
• 4 years of proven BD experience as an individual contributor role (Preferred segments: Recruiting, Real estate, Assessments)
