Job Description

We will be a digitally-led entertainment and media company that creates and brings brilliant content to audiences, wherever, whenever and however they choose.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of the ITV High Potential and other talent development programmes as required
• Support the Head of People Development in the delivery of Talent & Succession Planning
• Draft and prepare People Reports for Plc Board/Nominations Committee
• Prepare and draft people reports for the annual report
• Provide subject matter expertise for the ITV Engagement survey / Pulse and team surveys, including purpose, question design, result interpretation and corporate action planning

Requirements:

• Business Psychology degree or equivalent experience to support the development of D&I and talent programmes with clear learning objectives and outcomes
• In-depth experience in preparing / writing presentations and written board level corporate reports
• Proven experience of designing, delivering & embedding development projects through to implementation
• Experience of working with and engaging with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships both internally and externally
