Programme Development, Planning, Governance and Project Delivery are vital as we manage an ever-broader set of initiatives. Via these disciplines the Business Systems Team are there to help shape and manage our IT Programme.

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain and manage our demand management process using Jira and Microsoft lists
• Owning and managing the data access request process
• Template Management – ensuring relevant document templates are reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis
• Elements of project support on a case-by-case basis
• Help to maintain and manage our Project Management methodology
• Own our procurement, budget, and spend tracking process, collaborating with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure clear and efficient workflows
