In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with guests throughout their stay, taking reservations, handling the front office administration and should have the following key skills
We are looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Receptionist to complement and expand our existing team at the Isle of Wight’s premier 4-star hotel. The Royal is renowned for its excellent customer service, having previously won the Chamber of Commerce award for Excellence in Customer Service. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, demonstrate a flair for delivering a fantastic customer experience, be able to anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations.
