Responsibilities:

• Analyze and communicate the findings of the inspection report to the clients
• Document customer accounts for actions resulting from contact supporting NPPI
• Meet or exceed department goals for account maturities
• Establish contact with customers prior to lease end by phone or correspondence which includes:
• Analyze and communicate any discrepancies pertaining to final inspection reports

Requirements:

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns with your preidentified pipeline of pre-generated leads
• database of prospects and tracking activity
• Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and expanding the
• Learn product knowledge about Software As A Service product and how to develop value add based selling to a variety of clients
• Background in hospitality, sales roles, client facing roles with high demand is ideal
