The UK & IE Recruitment and Sourcing Team are expanding and have an exciting opportunity to welcome new Recruiters to their team.

Responsibilities:

•  Contribute to position the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
•  Apply your home furnishing knowledge to ensure up-to-date room settings and other store media that exceed our visitors’ expectations.
•  Stimulate and inspire interest for home furnishing by constantly showcasing new solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently.
•  Reflect the IKEA Brand identity by creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas.

Requirements:

• We are looking for people who are driven to provide inspiration to our customers by demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics supported by commercial visual competence.
• You should have a practical, hands-on approach to tasks by actively seeking improved methods of working in a simple, lean and cost-efficient way.
• Ideally you should have an education in interior design or architecture.
