Position Title: Teller Full Time

Job Description:
Your primary function as a Teller is to provide service to members involving the receipt and disbursement of funds. You will promote and cross sell Credit Union services. You are expected to ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Branch cash ordering.
- Knowledge of and ability to balance vault, ATM, EDNA, coin machine, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, VISA cash advances, gift cards, debit and credit card stock, daily deposit, and teller cash drawer.
- Provides general information to members about Credit Union Services.
- Process member check orders.
- Continuous focus on meeting all Net Promoter Score goals and Eagle Service Standards.
- Keep your manager informed of member needs or desires in regard to products, services, suggestions, and/or escalations.
- Branch office supply ordering.
- Miscellaneous other duties, as assigned.
- Recognizes and develops opportunities to refer products and services to members, and maintain acceptable levels of Game of Work Sales goals.
- Business account and merchant transaction processing.
- Create member and business member debit cards.
- Open and provide member access to safe deposit boxes according to procedure in applicable offices.
- Process member wire transfers.
- Performs member generated transactions through a variety of channels and systems.
Requirements:
- Ensure smooth operation of the branch in all areas.
- Be an active member of the community by volunteering on service organizations.
- Develop and coach all branch personnel to meet branch goals.
- Innovative marketing of the Credit Union services.
- Develop and grow branch through business development activities.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of three to twelve team members.
- Ensure accurate balancing of individual MSS team member cash drawers.
- Ability to make sound lending decisions
- Maintain a continuous focus on meeting all NPS goals and Eagle Service standards with branch.
- Maintain acceptable levels of insurance penetration and Game of Work Sales goals.
- Ensure accuracy of daily vault and branch operations.
- Enthusiastic and motivational training on a weekly basis or more often if needed in the areas of member service, positional performance, positional growth and excellence, etc.
- Assign, direct, and coordinate the scheduling needs of the branch team.
- Effective team, onboarding, mentoring, and training of new team members.
- Completion of performance documentation and adequate training to meet the needs of each position.
- Keeping informed of member needs or desires in regard to products and services.
- Take ownership of, support, and bring to resolution all member escalations.
- Upkeep and maintain physical facility.
- Ensure all team members’ appearance and dress reflects the standards of a financial institution.
- Monitor branch daily duty checklist to ensure all operational tasks are completed promptly and accurately, and that the branch remains in compliance at all times.
