Job Description

Are you our next Athlete Manager UK? We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing team, to help grow the Gymshark brand through building, managing, and activating a network of authentic partners that connect with the lifting & conditioning cohorts of the Gymshark consumer.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain seasonal collections and efficient range plan aligning with overarching category strategies
  • Develop consumer focused product briefs defining purpose and roadmap for each collection to deliver to margin targets
  • Build commercially effective range plan in collaboration with the Merchandising team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Design, Product Development, Brand, and Finance to deliver commercially ready product
  • Ensure data and insights are used to inform product briefs
  • Translate initial product brief to all relevant functions to enable a streamlined approach to positioning the product
  • Deliver inspiring presentations and act as an expert for your category
  • Track, report against and communicate season progress to all relevant teams
  • Ownership of reactive and short-term projects
  • Identify opportunities and risks in season through analysis of sales data and market information
  • Ensure product life-cycle planning is managed by direction

Requirements:

  • AAT or equivalent qualified.
  • Previous experience of month end processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills essential.
  • Aptitude for working with data and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative and productive relationships across the business.
  • A team player, who contributes positively to the team environment but also happy working independently.
  • A passion to learn with an inquisitive nature.
  • Disruptive with a continuous improvement mind-set, who constantly looks for ways to better things.
  • Agile with the ability to work accurately at pace and deal with change.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral and comfortable talking through technical requirements with non-subject matter experts.
  • Good organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
