Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Kingfisher group stakeholders to coordinate and support the timely delivery of OEB Range Change & Promotional activity, including onboarding of Vendors to the Vendor Portal, supporting validation of data through the PIM, and handle the maintenance requirements for PDD
• Supporting Local Banner Acquisition and maintenance where needed to ensure that process and ways of working are aligned
• Liaise closely with the Data Model Manager to ensure that the team is aligned to the group data model principles and that the Model is fit for purpose and allows collection of accurate and complete data within the agreed timescales.
• Accountability for the delivery of complete PDD data to Banners on time and in line with the brief provided, in accordance with the PIM Data Model principles and OEB Range Review Plan.
• Have a full understanding of the processes involved in selling data acquisition, looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
• Be an ambassador throughout Kingfisher on Product Data and the need for accurate and timely data.
• Advise the category with data collection questions and process requirements, supporting large scale change as required.
• You will work closely with the Data Governance and Data Development teams in supporting the consistent delivery of transformation, of policies and of best practice processes across Kingfisher

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Power BI
• Experience in process competencies
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with partners and functions
• English speaking is required, and additional languages are desirable (i.e. French, Spanish, Polish or Romanian) but not crucial
• Experience of leading teams
