Responsibilities:

  • Our design engineers have visibility in key areas of our business including design, operations, safety and commercial.
  • In short, you’ll be working at the heart of engineering innovation!
  • Over two years you’ll develop technical and leadership skills to help you reach your full potential and as your programme progresses you will see your responsibilities increase.
  • Expect a lot of travel, as you’ll be visiting sites and interpreting site investigation information. You’ll be using your geotechnical and structural design knowledge to carry out design in accordance to Eurocode Principles.
  • You’ll be working with talented people from every area of the industry, including architects, subcontractors, contracting engineers, consultants, co-workers, and of course clients!
  • Your creative thinking will resolve design and development issues, ensuring the customer requirements are clearly understood and that quality control mechanisms are in place.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2:2 BEng (Hons) or BSc (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Experience gained within an engineering environment(desirable)
  • Eligibility to work and live in the UK at time of joining
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
